1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jolivo ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the jolivo online casino and sports betting platform located at jolivo.net and any associated subdomains or applications.

By accessing jolivo.net, creating a jolivo account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you represent that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplemental terms published on jolivo.net, including but not limited to specific game rules, bonus terms, and the jolivo Privacy Policy; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jolivo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a jolivo account, you must:

• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jolivo, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

jolivo reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification such as a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) national ID (PhilSys), UMID, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jolivo account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where jolivo identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and the matter referred for further investigation. jolivo may, at its sole discretion, withhold any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your jolivo account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jolivo shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of jolivo's compliance obligations, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC documents may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time jolivo deems necessary. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawals will not commence until KYC verification is completed to jolivo's satisfaction.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jolivo Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your jolivo account.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jolivo accepts deposits via the following Philippine-market payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Deposit Processing

5.4 Player Funds

Deposited player funds are held separately from jolivo's operational accounts. You may only use funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name. jolivo prohibits the use of funds sourced from third parties or any payment method not belonging to the registered account holder.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your jolivo account. jolivo applies a "same method" withdrawal policy where practicable — meaning withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

6.2 Processing Times

jolivo aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving bank or e-wallet provider. 6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

jolivo reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request. During any review period, the relevant funds will remain temporarily unavailable for withdrawal. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jolivo are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jolivo reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where jolivo has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using betting patterns designed to meet Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; or any other conduct that jolivo determines to be an abuse of its promotional offers. jolivo's determination in such matters is final.

7.4 Promotion Availability

jolivo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion is already in progress and such modification would materially and adversely affect players who have already opted in and begun satisfying the relevant conditions.

8. Gameplay and Betting Rules

Each game available on the jolivo platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on jolivo, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. In all cases, jolivo's server-side records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes and bet settlements.

Violation of any prohibition in this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

The jolivo name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of jolivo. Unauthorised use of jolivo's trademarks in connection with any product or service — including in advertising, domain names, or social media — is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jolivo shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the jolivo platform;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of jolivo;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jolivo service, whether planned or unplanned;

• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;

Nothing in these Terms limits jolivo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13. Termination and Suspension

jolivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your jolivo account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jolivo reasonably determines that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been associated with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Continued operation of your account would expose jolivo to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.

Upon termination for cause, jolivo may forfeit any bonus balances and retain real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15. Amendments to These Terms

jolivo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of the page.

Your continued use of the jolivo platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the jolivo platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
